The Moscow arbitration court scheduled a hearing over the claim filed by Chinese manufacturer of solar panels, Energy Changzhou Trina Solar, against Russian state corporation Rosnano and Cyprus Solaricos Trading Ltd for the recovery of $17,32 million, for October 17.
“To schedule a trial, with the consideration of the time required for notifying the foreign legal entities in accordance with international law, for 17 October 2017”, - the document released by the court states.
