Russian Republic of Tatarstan and Chinese Province of Hunan have developed a joint investment project for the construction of the first phase of “Xiaoxiang-Volga Agricultural Park”.
The project is currently under discussion, apart from that, the Chinese party is also searching for partners for its implementation.
This is what Deputy Prime Minister – the Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, Albert Karimov, announced today at a briefing.
In accordance with the plan, this will be a plant for bioprocessing crop products with the capacity of 300,000 tons per year. The facility will produce 200 kinds of organic food and raw materials for pharmaceutics and cosmetology. The total project cost is estimated at more than $210 million.
