Gazprom will invest 100 billion rubles ($1,7 billion) into gasification of Kyrgyzstan, Russian President Vladimir Putin said following a meeting with Kyrgyz leader Almazbek Atambayev, Rambler News reports on Wednesday.

“Russian company Gazprom is engaged in large-scale activities connected with the implementation of a general plan for gas supply and gasification of Kyrgyzstan until 2030.
