On Wednesday, Arbitration Court of Appeal has revoked a court ruling on recovery of 390,000 roubles ($6,700) from RBC media holding and its journalists under the claim of Rosneft oil company for protection of business reputation.

However, according to the court’s decision, the article, which has become the subject of the proceedings, should be removed from RBC website and refuted.
We should remind you that the article revealed details of the sale of the oil company’s stake to foreign buyers. The court considered the information contained there as discrediting business reputation of Rosneft.
