Kazakhs to erect warehouses for $188 million in Russia

Volver Company, a Kazakh entity, will build over 500,000 square meters of warehouses in the Novosibirsk region, in Russia, the head of the company, Yevgeny Tarsky, told reporters today over the course of a meeting of the regional Investment Council.




The first complex with an area of 70,000 square meters will be put in operation in 2018. At present, a foundation of the future warehouses’ complex has been built there, as well as a boiler house and transformer substation.

According to the company’s forecast, the second building with an area of 115,000 square meters, will be built in 2021. The cost of construction amounts to 2,5 billion rubles. The investment project also envisages the construction of the 3rd and 4th  bulks until the end of the year with investments totaling 7 billion rubles.
