YIT, a Finnish building concern, will build two residential complexes in the Russian city of Yekaterinburg, director general of YIT Uralstroi, Roman Gibov, said at a press conference on Tuesday.




The first residential complex will be located in the area of 3,3 hectares in the Oktyabrskyi district on Luganskaya Street, at present, the company is engaged in the purchase of a plot of land to establish a construction site there.

Within the framework of a project, a number of multiplex residential buildings with a total area of 63,000 square meters. This includes two 9-storey buildings and one 16-storey one with a total number of apartments of 1250.

The complex will also include a premise for nursery school and a parking lot.
