LLC Lesnye Dali might build 105,500 square meters of real estate in Voronovskoye settlement located in the territories recently adjoined to Moscow, the press office of the Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects and Co-Funding Construction told RIA Novosti on Friday.
“Urban Planning and Land Commission of Moscow approved an area planning design with the address at Voronovskoye settlement, in the vicinity of Nikolskoye village,” the documentation published on the Committee’s website say.
Investor intends to build a new residential estate of cottage development with a nursery school, multi-purpose public centers with community-focused facilities, cafes, shops, sports club and street sport ground.
The project requires a territory with an area of 97 hectares.
