Investor plans to build a plant for the production of basalt fiber in “Moglino” special economic zone located in the Pskov region. The project is estimated at 2.7 billion rubles.
According to local media, today at a meeting of the Supervisory Board of “Moglino” special economic zone, the investment project for construction of a new plant has been considered.
So, the investor expressed his readiness to place 2.7 billion rubles in the project. The plant will occupy an area of 8 hectares and will be built within the years of 2017-2019. The investor expects to reach a payback period in 5.5 years and a net profit of 1.6 billion rubles.
