The most expensive mansion located in Moscow is estimated at 58 million dollars, the report made by Savills states.
This building is situated in the Tverskoy district in the center of the city. The mansion was built in 1927, its area amounts to 3,79 thousand square meters, the press release reads.
According to the document, as of the current date, the largest number of mansions put up for sale in Moscow are located in the Tverskoy district, as well as in the area of Zamoskvorechye — Yakimanka. These houses account for almost 20% of the total number.
