The majority of millionaires in the UK expect to increase their wealth following the country’s decision to leave the EU, The Guardian reports, citing a survey conducted by Swiss Bank UBS.

About 78% of over 400 surveyed Britons with liquid assets totaling over $1 million said that Brexit would positively affect their financial standing, despite the fall of euro and concerns over trade relations with Europe. Among the millionaires aged 18-34 years, this figure reaches 83%, while in the age group of 35-44 years it is more moderate and amounts to 70%.

At that, as YouGov data shows, 75% of Britons aged 18-24 had voted against the country's withdrawal from the EU.
