InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has signed an agreement on the opening of eight hotels in Germany, the press office of IHG reports.
It specified that the new hotels belonged to Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express brands. They will open in Berlin, Munich, Leipzig and other cities.
“We entered the German market with a dedicated offer, and it has borne fruit. A number of new hotels opened due to the existing agreements on long-term cooperation with partner companies,” Vice-President for business development in Germany Martin Boven commented.
As a reference, Germany is the largest market for IHG in Europe, there are 69 hotels, and another 38 are about to open.
