The volume of Investment in a project of Barkli Gallery clubhouse, which is planned to be located with the address: Ordynski impasse, building 6, will amount to 4.2 billion rubles ($73,8 million), a deputy chairman of Barkley Corporation, Alexander Krasavin, told reporters on Thursday.
Alexander Krasavin said that that amount included 1.7 billion rubles of borrowings provided by Gazprombank for a period of 5 years.
The facility with a total area of 10,900 sq. m. will include 42 apartments and 4 penthouses, underground parking for 74 cars. Apartments ranging from 63 to 270 sq. m. will be sold with a designer finish. An average price of the lot is 139 million rubles.
