Russia and Turkey are negotiating a contract for the supply of anti-aircraft missile systems S-400 “Triumph”, a high-ranking source in the military told Rambler News in Moscow.
“The contract development is underway,” he said, answering a question about the stage of the negotiations between Moscow and Ankara over S-400 supplies.
According to him, after the adoption of the corresponding decisions by the presidents of two countries, Rosoboronexport, the Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation, with the assistance of Russian Defense Ministry, will conduct a preparatory work over the contract.
“The subject is in constant discussion. New conditions and requirements emerge, and we discusses the possibility of their implementation”, — the source added.
He specified that without a contract there would be no supplies.
