JAB Holding, which is an owner of Caribou Coffee and Krispy Kreme networks, has agreed on the purchase of the U.S. bakery chain, Panera Bread, according to Reuters.

The deal, estimated at $7.5 billion, is expected to be closed as early as the third quarter of the current year. The document provides for the transfer of Panera debt obligations to JAB totaling $340 million.
