A 21 year old Said, son of a member of the Russian Federation Council from Dagestan and a billionaire Suleyman Kerimov, became a new owner of Makhachkala international airport in the Caucasian Republic of Dagestan, Russia.

It was him to whom 99,5% of shares of Grandeko company owning JSC Makhachkala international airport were reregistered, according to the data provided by RBC newspaper. Earlier, the company belonged to Suleyman Kerimov.

Previously, Mr. Kerimov turned over control of Russia’s largest gold-mining company Polus and a chain of Cinema Park theatres to his son as well. These assets are estimated at $1,6 billion.

As a reference, Suleyman Kerimov acquired JSC Makhachkala international airport in 2014, after the company’s previous owner, Dagestan Airlines, went bankrupt.
