Investors from the United Arab Emirates (the UAE) are interested in the projects for construction of hotels, trade centers and office clusters in Moscow.
This is what the head of the Moscow Department for Foreign Economic and International Affairs, Sergey Cheremin, told Construction.RU on Thursday.
Mr. Cheremin indicated that the projects of a medical cluster, transport infrastructure, as well as developers’ ones are of special interest to the Dubai investors.
He added, that negotiations on the Arab businessmen’s participation in the construction of one of the transfer hubs in the capital city of Russia were being carried out as well.
Earlier, Sergey Cheremin said that the Moscow authorities negotiated Dubai’s coming in on a non-profit initiative of the Russian capital city aimed at the exchange of information on financial markets.
