Most expensive secondary housing in Moscow costs $73,3 million

The most expensive object on the secondary housing market of Moscow has been put up for sale for 4,192 billion rubles (about $73,3 million), experts at Blackwood company said.

According to their data, a separate tree-storey building with an area of 3,715 square meters under the name of Villa Arbat is up for sale at such a price. The facility is located with the address at Krivoarbatsky by-street, building 4. A square meter of its space is estimated at over 1,1 million rubles ($21,000).

The priciest secondary apartments offered in the capital city of Russia will cost a buyer almost 1 billion rubles less. Thus, a two-level apartment with an area of 1256,4 square meters located on the 12th and 13th storeys of Moskva hotel are offered at a price of 3,511 billion rubles ($61,3 million).
