Renard LLC has invested 132 million rubles in the construction of a plant for the production of brie, Camembert and other types of cheeses, the press office of the Krasnodar region’s administration reports.
The enterprise is located on the territory of Korzhy farm in the Leningrad district. The agreement on the construction was signed by the investor and district administration at the International investment forum “2016 Sochi”.
In the first quarter of 2017, the plant with the capacity of 153 tons of cheese per year began its production activities.
As the General Director of Renard LLC, Alexander Burian, noted, currently, the enterprise is carrying out certification of laboratory, the products undergo a certification procedure. Cheese is planned to be supplied to retail network of the South of Russia, as well as to Moscow.
