A three-storey shopping center with a total area of 36,56 thousand square meters will be built in Moscow with the address at Leninsky Prospekt street, building 123, near the junction of the streets of Leninsky Prospect and Ostrovityanova, the Moscow Architecture Committee announced on Tuesday.

“The Committee For Architecture And Urban Development approved an architectural city planning solution of a three-story mall, which will be located near the junction of Leninsky Prospect Street and Ostrovityanova Street. In addition to the construction of the facility itself, within the framework of the project, an integrated improvement and landscaping of the site will be implemented with the aim to provide a comfort access to the facility and to link it with the surrounding buildings”, — the press release states.
