Flagman LLC intends to build a residential estate with an area of 72,400 square meters in the town of Pushkino located in the Moscow region, Russia, as it follows from the statement released by the regional branch of the State Building Supervision Department.
The Department has already been notified about the start of the construction in Novaya Derevnya micro-district, the press release specifies.
A residential estate will include a 16-storey eight-section building and a 14-storey three-section building.
The construction activities are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2018.
As a reference, Pushkino, a city with population amounting to over 100,000 people, is situated 30 kilometers northeast of Moscow, at the confluence of the Ucha and Serebryanka Rivers.
