The Japanese Corporation Hitachi, Ltd is interested in investing in Russian economy, senior vice-president, executive director, Yasuo Tanabe, told RIA Novosti.
Mr. Tanabe takes part in the eighth Innoprom exhibition held in the Russian city of Yekaterinburg, where among the Japanese companies, there is a stand of Hitachi Corporation. The event takes place from July 10 –13 in the exhibition center Yekaterinburg-Expo. This year, the partner country is Japan, which companies are widely represented at the exposition.
“I would like to contribute to an increase in investment in Russia. Hitachi is ready to invest in Russia, but I hope that other companies will invest, build enterprises, and we will help these companies to implement advanced technologies,” Tanabe, said answering a question of how favorable Russia’s investment climate to Japanese companies.
