Construction of the plant began in May 2013, investments amounted to 1.7 billion rubles. The new facility will produce modern sandwich wall panel thickness of 400 mm, as well as floor slabs and interior walls for buildings up to 25 floors.
The first phase of the plant will allow this year to release 70 thousand sq. M. meter products. After the start of the third stage of the plant capacity will reach 300 thousand sq. M. m. Minister Mikhail Men, commenting on the opening of the new company, said that industrial construction in Russia is growing rapidly.
"Only in the last year were discovered large house-building factories in seven regions of Russia. These are companies that allow you to build a qualitatively new mass housing, including already using energy-efficient technologies ", - said the head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia. Wall panels are available with a new plant in full completeness - already defined windows. Houses made of such panels are built fast and without any quality loss.
Modern technology is also embedded in the factory can produce plate with a very smooth surface, which significantly reduces the costs for finishing work. The first objects of the new plant in Novosibirsk will house 14,17 and 25 floors. Also in the arsenal of architectural projects of the enterprise panel low-rise houses, schools, kindergartens, community centers.
The opening ceremony of the new house-building plant was also attended by Russian presidential envoy to the Siberian Federal District, NV Rogozhkin, the governor of the Novosibirsk region VF Gorodetsky and other officials.
