The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation is already preparing the mechanism for preferential loans for overhauls of block of apartments.
This was announced today to reporters in Moscow by the deputy leader of the Ministry of Construction, Andrei Chibis. According to him, a reduced rate of 12% for these loans is gaining more and more support in discussions. In particular, there is already an agreement in principle that the loans will be issued from the daughter bank "VEB - SME Bank”. In 70% of cases, the loan will come with the Agency's safeguard loan guarantees.
The borrower will be the managing organization. According to the plan, this loan will come into existence in the summer.
