Gennady Timchenko's company, Stroytransgaz Holding, has sold a 25% share package to the other owners of the construction company ARKS.
"Vedomosti" specified that Timchenko's package was bought by the founder of ARKS, Alexander Lavlentsev, through its structures. According to experts, this transaction is a continuation of the restructuring of the construction assets of STG Holding. The 25% share in the CC “MOST” was previously sold to another shareholder.
ARKS can now assume part of the subcontracted work on the construction of the bridge over the Strait of Kerch, for example, to construct access roads. ARKS has just finished work on large road contracts in the Moscow region.
