The question of China’s participation as the main partner in the construction of a lunar scientific station is now actively being discussed by Russia and China, it was reported to journalists in Hangzhou following the results of a meeting between the Deputy Prime Minister of China, Van Yang, and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Rogozin.According to him, on the Russian side negotiations are being conducted by "Roskosmos" and "there is a deep mutual understanding and mutual interests" between the parties.
