The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), with the participation of the Italian company Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A., will build four commercial overpasses over railway lines in the Moscow region.
As reported by "Vedomosti", the cost of the project will be about 3 billion rubles. Financial participation of both parties in the project is equal. The agreement on building of 4 objects, which will be signed at the St Petersburg economic forum, assumes the right of the concessionary to receive all funds from payment to travel by the driver. The concession will be valid for 15 years. The construction of the overpasses will take two years. If the project justifies their expectations, there will be 20 such objects built in the Moscow region.
