In the Leninsky region of Nizhny Novgorod a powerful industrial complex of pipeline fittings will be constructed. As reported today by Construction.ru, in the regional press service of Investment Council under the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, the request from the investor for the provision of land for construction was approved. The new complex is planned to be built on a site of 23,000 sq meters. This land is in an area zoned for fourth class hazardous objects and in a protective zone for power lines.
The total area of the construction site is 7,903 sq m. The amount of investment in construction will be 372,652,000 rubles, all of which will consist of borrowed funds. After commissioning production, 50 jobs will be created with an average salary of 30,000 rubles.
