The ex-member of the Federation Council from the Belgorod region, Vadim Moshkovich, has decided to sell his developer business to the “Bin” Group owned by family members Gutseriev and Mikaila Shishkhanova. The deal will be closed in October.

This purchase strengthens the presence of "Bin" in the sector of affordable and comfortable housing. It’s possible the project will be managed by the company "Inteko", which is a subdivision of "Patriot" in both economy and comfort class housing. “Overall, this is an exciting new asset with aligned businesses and there is great potential for development,” Shishkhanova told newspapers. "Bin" is buying the assets together with 140 project companies. Moshkovich will have 3 developer assets: the business center of Wall Street, the housing estate "Camelot" and the construction project of a school in new Moscow. Today all development structures of Moshkovich are integrated with the A101 Development group of companies.

Included in the property are plots in new Moscow of 2400 hectares (from 3 to 23 km from MKAD on the Kaluzhskoye Highway) where about 20 million sq.m of housing, more than 0,6 million sq.m of social objects and about 3 million sq.m of commercial real estate could be constructed. Moshkovich specified that the decision on the sale was made in connection with a strategic course on the development of agricultural business. We remind you that he recently headed the board of directors of the Rusagro company. Vadim Moshkovich, one of the largest landowners, was also one of the lobbyists for the extension of Moscow in the southwestern direction. Shishkhanov and his family have good connections at both federal and city levels.
