State corporation “Rosatom” will construct a pilot plant for the processing of unburnt coal remains for 280 million rubles in Tomsk region.




As the regional administration press office reports, a pilot plant for refuse burnout processing with capacity of 250 000 tons a year will be built in Seversk. The first order will be put into operation in 2017.
The town authorities have already assigned a ground section between Seversk TPP and refuse burnout storehouse. The new plant will process refuse burnout without chemicals, mechanically. The plant’s production will be partially used as a fuel for TPP and in road construction. The plant totals 280 million rubles.
