Chinese investors declared their intention to construct a new sky-scraper on the territory of the Moscow International Business Center “Moscow-City.”
As Moscomstroyinvest's press office told Construction.ru, representatives of Chinese construction companies are considering land lots to rent for construction. In particular, they are interested in a lot belonging to JSC “Mosengproject” on the territory of Moscow-City. In the event that they get permission for construction, the Chinese are going to erect a business and hotel center. The contractor will be chosen in the course of a tender.
Additionally, Chinese investors are considering the options of renting land on the territory of ZIL, in Novy Arbat and on VDNKh.
To remind you, by 2018 all construction works on the territory of “Moscow-City” are to be finished. Now only 10 objects of the 23 planned are ready.
