The Moscow city authorities repeatedly announced a tender for the construction of part of Solntsevo-Butovo-Vidnoye route, which was cancelled earlier upon a decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), as it follows from the message released by the Moscow Construction Department.
The previous tender with the initial price of the contract of more than 63 billion rubles envisaged that a single contractor should build a motorway on the section from Kaluga highway to Polyana Street, as well as a Sokolniki metro line from Salarievo metro station to Stolbovo station.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service, having considered a complaint for violation of the law on the contract system, ordered to cancel the tender.
The new tender with a maximum contract price of 1.08 billion rubles was announced for selection of a contractor for construction of the motorway only, the statement reads.
