The Moscow authorities have put up for auction 384 parking stalls in six districts in the center of Moscow, the capital city of Russia.
As Construction.RU was told today by the press office of the Moscow Department for Competition Policy, the biddings are planned to be held between April and May 2017.
So, the parking stalls with the lowest prices are located in the ground multi-level parking garage in the Tagansky district. The initial value of this lot is 360,000 rubles per 14 sq.m.
At that, the price of a parking stall in the center of the city depends on the size of the lot and the type of a parking, where the stall is located.
