Crimean authorities have announced a tender for a land inventory on the territory of the Republic. The initial cost of the contract is 270m rubles.
As announced on the state procurement web-site, for purposes of land value taxation it is necessary to fill in the database of the State Real Estate Cadastre with the following information: area, address, designated use, and rights holder. The expected number of land sections is about 400,000, and the number of incomplete construction projects about 500,000.
Claims for participation in the tender are being received until September 2nd. The electronic auction will take place on September 7th. The work must be completed before the start of winter.
