Moscow authorities have announced a tender for restoration work on Ivan Turgenev’s memorial house in Ostozhenka.

Floor structures are to be replaced and all engineering systems - including the electricity, the water and heating supplies, the ventilation, the air conditioning, the automation, the alarms, the video surveillance, the fire security, etc. - are to be installed and arranged. Besides this, the house will be developed and adapted for people with restricted mobility. Participation in the tender is limited because of the specific character of the cultural property site’s repair and restoration.
