O1 Properties investment company has signed a long-term rental contract with Avon company on more than 1,000 sq.m of offices in “Lefort” business center, says the representative of the JLL consulting company.
According to the deal, in the business center, situated on Elektrozavodskaya Street, 27, Avon’s back office will be located. At present, the finishing work is carried out in the renter’s premises. The personnel move is scheduled for autumn 2016. The transaction amount isn’t revealed.
“Lefort” is a business center of the В+ category, located on the territory of the former silk mill in eastern Moscow. The complex includes 11 buildings, some of which had been built in 19th and 20th centuries. In 2006 the facility was completely reconstructed.
