A number of large trade and logistic facilities, as well as communal buildings and warehouses are planned to be constructed in Ochakovo-Matveevskoye, the area located in the Western Administrative District of Moscow.
The total area of the facilities exceeds 400,000 square meters, president of Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects and Co-Funding Construction Control, Konstantin Timofeev, told reporters on Friday.
Konstantin Timofeev said that, according to the plan, a complex reorganization of industrial and communal zone will be carried out in Ochakovo-Matveevskoye, and new modern facilities will be built there.
“With the use of city budget funds, an area planning will be elaborated. It’s necessary to point out that some foreign companies have already expressed their interest in the opportunity to invest in development of this territory”, - stressed Mr Timofeev.
