Since September, 2016, in the Moscow region, state expertise will be introduced for the evaluation of the economic efficiency for standard projects to be included in the Federal register.
As Construction.RU has been told today by the press-office of Deputy Chair of the Moscow region government, German Yelianushkin, the topic was discussed at the meeting dedicated to the improvement of price formation system and cost estimation in the construction sphere.
Standard projects will not be implemented and included in the register without a positive conclusion. All expert conclusions will also be included in the register. Pre-investment feasibility study is to be introduced as well. It will include consolidated cost and main technological solutions of the stage.
At present, 379 standard projects are included in the Federal register, 11 of them – at the presentation of the Moscow region.
