At present, the Moscow authorities are developing planning schemes for more than 40 city industrial zones.
As a Deputy Mayor for Urban Construction Policy and Construction, Marat Khusnullin, told reporters on Wednesday, six planning schemes for industrial zones have already been approved from the beginning of the year.
Apart from that, over 40 of such projects are being developed now. Since the start of the program on renovation of such territories, 53 planning schemes of the areas have been approved, 15 out of them are already under construction.
In 2013, approximately 1,3 m square meters of real estate items have been put into operation on the territories of the former industrial zones. This year, 2,3 m square meters are scheduled to be commissioned.
