Uzbekistan and South Korea have signed a memorandum on the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects in Uzbekistan
As Ministry of strategy and finance of the Republic of Korea reports today, the government of the country will finance the construction of the new international passenger terminal of the Tashkent airport with $350 m. Besides, the investor will put money in the national data processing center in Uzbekistan. South Korea will allocate $250m via the Korean Foundation of cooperation and economic development, and the Uzbekistan government will provide with $100 m. The negotiations resulted in the decision to create the Board of advisors for the support of the two countries’ exporters.
