Over the course of the last week, three concession tenders in housing and utility sector have been announced with an investment volumes amounting to over 100,000 roubles each.
As the press office of the Russian Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities told Construction.RU these are the following:
- A tender for a concession agreement on heat supplies facilities’ reconstruction in Miass, a city of the Chelyabinsk region, for the period of 15 years. A total volume of investments is 260m roubles.
- A tender regarding heat supplies facilities in the city of Krasny Kut located in the Saratov region of Russia with investments amounting to 149m roubles. The term of contract is 15 years as well.
- A tender regarding water supply facilities on the territory of the Moscow region with a total amount of investments of 118m roubles. The term of the concession agreement is 30 years.
Over the past week, 39 concession tenders have been completed. Altogether, 200 concession tenders were announced in Russia’s housing and utility sector in July.
