The Moscow authorities have put up for sale almost 80 non-residential property items at a special price for small businesses, the press service of the capital's department for competitive politics said on Wednesday.
“79 non-residential property items were put up for auctions at a special price for small businesses through the Moscow Single Trading Platform. The starting price of each lot is 4,500 rubles ($78) per one square meter,” the head of the department, Gennady Degtev, was quoted as saying.
The facilities are located in ten administrative districts of Moscow, on the first and basement floors of residential buildings, as well as in administrative and commercial buildings. The area of the lots varies from 100 to 300 sq.m. The tender winners will get lease contracts with a fixed rate for a period of 10 years.
