The authorities of Moscow offer 1,200 apartments for sale through the Unified Electronic Trading Facility, the press office of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy announced on Tuesday.
Most of the lots put on auction are located in new buildings in the Central and Northern Administrative Districts of Moscow, as well as in the Moscow region, in particular, in the town of Podolsk.
In addition, about 50 apartments of the secondary market have been put on electronic auction. Ten apartments in the South-Eastern and Eastern Administrative Districts of Moscow each are also offered. Apart from that, a number of options could be selected in the Central Administrative District of Moscow.
As a reference, following the results of auctions in 2016, a starting price per one square meter in the Central Administrative District of the capital city of Russia amounted to 180,000 rubles.
