“Expograd-Yug” complex put in operation in Krasnodar

The “Expograd-Yug” exhibition and congress center has been put in operation in Krasnodar.




As Construction.ru was told by the regional press office, the work at the construction site (with an area of 80,000 square meters) has lasted 1.5 years and cost GC “RAMO-M” (Moscow) 3.5 bln rubles. It is now the biggest object of that type in the south of Russia and is designed for holding exhibitions and entertainment events. There are 4 roofed pavilions with an area of 50,000 square meters each and 5 conference halls with 800 seats.
The total area of the roofed exhibition grounds is 35,600 square meters, and of the open grounds, 20,800 square meters. There is also a restaurant, a café and parking for 2,400 cars.
To remind you, the agreement on the project’s implementation was signed by the Krasnodar region authorities, the Krasnodar municipal authorities and the investors at the “Sochi-2013” international investment forum.
