The tender for the sale of the house at 15 in Novy Arbat, built in 1968, will take place on February 9th.
Construction.ru was told about this by the press office of the Moscow department for competitive policy. They remarked that claims for participation are being received until February 3rd. A potential investor is being offered an excellent 26-storey building with an area of 28,900 m2, which may be reconstructed as a high-level hotel complex. The initial cost is 2.42 bln rub.
The house is currently under the “Moscow property” state enterprise.
