The Japanese energy company Kyushu Electric Power is going to build a powerful oil processing plant producing eco-friendly fuel-oil residual and new generation diesel fuel.
As Izvestia reports, negotiations between a Japanese investor and Dagestan authorities and energy specialists are currently in process. The new OPP may be created on the basis of Dagestanenergo after 2017. The enterprise is expected to achieve a capacity of more than 1m tons.
The project has already been adopted by the regional authorities.
