The most expensive residence in Moscow is a three-storey mansion in Ostozhenka Street with an area of 1,500 m2, which is on sale for 6.3 bln rubles.
The press office of the “Cian” real estate portal has told Construction.ru about this.
The mansion is said to have been reconstructed, equipped with modern engineering systems, and decorated with exclusive materials. There is a swimming pool on the basement level.
Another option – a bit cheaper – is a two-level penthouse in the “Chistye Prudy” club residence, costing 3.14 bln rubles (unfinished).
Otherwise, a two-level apartment with an area of 432 m2 in Kislovsky Side Street for 3 bln rubles is available. It is situated in a reconstructed house built in 1885 and finished with expensive materials in the classical style.
