The Saint-Petersburg legislative assembly has passed, in the first reading, a bill on reducing the threshold of investments in hotel projects necessary to get a strategic status.
As Construction.ru was told by the press office of the city parliament, in particular there will be a threshold reduction of the total investment in hotel construction in the city, needed in order to consider such projects as strategic, from 15 bln to 1.5 bln roubles.
Such a law will give considerable support to construction projects of economy class hotels of 100 rooms and more.
