The construction of a big pharmaceutical cluster has started in the Zavodskoy district, located in Grozny, the capital of Chechnya.
As Construction.ru was told by the regional press office, investment in the project will total over 16 bln rubles.
At present, the construction and survey works have begun at the site of the future enterprise. The project plan of the development will be completed this year, and the construction itself will start in 2017.
The cluster’s enterprises will have been commissioned stage-by-stage by 2018, and it will start operating at full capacity by 2019. The building will occupy a 25-hectare area and could be extended up to 40 hectares.
To remind you, “Magnus – Grozny” will include a large plant with medical production facilities, a scientific laboratory, health and engineering centers, a logistics complex and residential buildings for employees.
