On the basis of a half-constructed business center, a comfortable hotel complex will be built in the Russian city of Rostov. The project is estimated at 2 bln roubles.
The construction site of the new hotel complex will be located on Krasnoarmeiskaya Street, the local administration’s press office told Construction.ru.
The work at the site was suspended in 2012 due to the building developer’s bankruptcy, but now a 3- or 4-star hotel with private apartments will be located there. The facility will be part of the Holiday Inn chain.
According to the plan, the project will be fully reworked, while the building’s construction needs to be completed. In the coming two weeks, the company will forward a new project for expert analysis.
The object’s construction is scheduled to be finished early in 2018, after which it will be put into operation.
