In order to ensure this possibility, the main department of the Russian Special Construction Agency builds in Terskol village spectator stands, a canteen and other infrastructure facilities, as well as a professional climbing wall, the Agency’s press office told Construction.RU.
In prospect, these facilities will become an excellent training platform for alpinists of military mountain units.
As a reminder, a qualification phase of the Elbrus Ring military competition was held early in June in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic located in the North Caucasus area of southern European Russia.
